Summer 2010 Mission Opportunities (First One)

Mississippi - Mission Camp Macon

Frontier Baptist Western New York and
Mississippi Baptist Partnership) - July 10-17, 2010

You have the chance to go to Mississippi and work with young people in a camp setting. You will cross state lines driving from Buffalo to Lake Forest Ranch to help teenager meet Christ Jesus as their Lord and Savior. This will be your opportunity to even help this 14-21 year old young adults to find God’s calling in their lives.

Teenagers can make an impact in the lives of others and you will see this unfold before your very eyes. Come and commit to spend this time as a sacrifice to God for the sake of God’s Kingdom. You will make an eternal difference!

Who: Anyone from Teenagers to senior citizens are invited to join this team.
What: This trip is a van road trip including at least one night at motel
Where: Lodging in Camp area and possible church locations.
How Much: The final costs are still be negotiated (With God’s help you will be able to afford it.)

The Heart Beat of God is...

To Be with You

God's desire has been from the beginning to have a love relationship
with us His creation. From day one He wanted to walk in the garden
of life with us side by side. He most wanted to talk with us anytime
of the day. He wanted to just be with us.

Imagine that! Big Holy God wants to be with me.

Our selfishness led to a broken relationship with Father God and it was
over. The closeness, the total vulnerability was lost in the garden.

Of course the Lord’s continual desire is still the same; that is to redeem us
back to himself and to have a restored connection. Side by side He still wants
for us to be friends who have a close bond that would never be broken ever again.

What is the solution? How can we, the collective we, get back to that place of
paradise bliss? Is it possible?
